As CIO, Lisa is tasked with driving digital transformation and enterprise-wide modernization. In her work she strives to align the visions of IT and Business. Lisa joined Blue Shield from Intel, where she also led major global transformation initiatives as a Vice President and General Manager in Intel’s largest business unit – Data Center Group. Prior to Intel she was the CIO for Georgetown University and before that she served as CIO for both the US Marshals Service and the U.S. Department of Defense Counterintelligence Information Field Activity.
